Appointment policy

Your appointment will be authorized once we have received your duly filled Service Agreement along with the deposit payment for the treatment (if necessary).

New Clients 

I will require a consultation to comprehend your specific skin objectives and assess your skin requirements. This process will also guarantee the formulation of an optimal treatment strategy for achieving enduring outcomes. Consequently, initial clients are not qualified for Chemical Peel services. Kindly be aware that online consultation forms must be completed to secure each appointment.

Cancelation Policy 

Your scheduled appointment holds significant importance and is exclusively reserved for your benefit. Our aim is to provide you with the utmost attention and exceptional service. We acknowledge that occasional adjustments to your schedule may be required. Hence, we kindly ask for a minimum of (24) hours' notice for any cancellations. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make use of the cancellation/rescheduling feature provided in your appointment confirmation email. Failing to cancel or reschedule at least (24) hours prior to your appointed time will result in forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling & No-Show

You have the option to reschedule your appointment once, provided it's done within (24) hours prior to your scheduled time. In such cases, your deposit can be transferred. However, if you cancel within less than (24) hours, you'll forfeit 50% of your deposit.

Failing to show up for your appointment (a "no-show") will result in losing 50% of your deposit, and at the discretion of the Esthetician, you might be ineligible to schedule future appointments. To assist you, we will send appointment confirmations (72) hours and (24) hours ahead of your scheduled time as a courtesy.

Late Policy 

Although there are no charges for tardiness, it's important to note that we won't be able to extend your service time if you're late. If you haven't arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you'll be marked as a "NO SHOW." Subsequently, your appointment will be canceled and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. *Members and gift card holders will incur a $25 no-show fee.*

We kindly request that only individuals receiving services be present, without accompanying guests, children (unless they are receiving services), pets, or external food or beverages.
